Dale House, Manchester
35 Dale Street is a Grade II Listed Building located in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
Originally built in 1903 to serve Manchester’s cotton industry, the building has been fully redeveloped to provide modern office space, retail and leisure offerings.
The building achieved a highly commended accolade at the regional 2019 BCO awards and more recently, was named best refurbishment/regeneration project outside of central London at the Office Agents Society Development Awards.
THE PROJECT
The building has been fully refurbished to provide office, retail and leisure space. A striking new Reception has also been designed and delivered as part of these works.
The specification of the building has been significantly enhanced, and a full replacement of the existing mechanical and electrical services has been undertaken.
The result is a character building which has the specification and flexibility of a new-build using design solutions which remain sympathetic to the character of the building.
