Churchgate and Lee House are two iconic Grade II* listed, inter-linked office buildings located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. ​

Churchgate House, formerly Tootal, Broadhurst and Lee Building located at No. 56 Oxford Street, is a late Victorian warehouse and office block constructed for Tootal Broadhurst Lee, a firm of textile manufacturers. It was designed by J. Gibbons Sankey and constructed between 1896 and 1898.

To the rear of Churchgate House is Lee House, the stub of what would have been the tallest building in Europe at 217 ft., a 17-storey warehouse of the same original owner. Both Churchgate House and Lee House are on the north bank of the Rochdale Canal and Great Bridgewater Street is immediately to the north of them.

Churchgate and Lee House offer nearly 250,000 sq ft of office space and benefit from a central open-air courtyard.

The current building owner is currently undertaking a number of significant office space refurbishments and is currently redeveloping one of the buildings receptions.
